Payment Policy:

We take the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • All Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Traveler’s Cheques

Weather Policy:

Please give us a call if you are questioning whether or not we will be parasailing at the time of your reservation. We do not parasail when there is lightning or in high winds or rough seas. We still parasail when it’s overcast/cloudy and in light, passing rain. If we know before your reservation that we are not operating we will give you a call.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that if you need to cancel your reservation that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation or as soon as possible. This allows us to make your reservation time available to other parasailers.

No Show Policy:

If you fail to keep your reservation without contacting us, $20 per parasailer will be charged to your credit card.

Observers Policy:

Per the U.S.C.G. regulations, six customers (i.e. breathing humans, including infants/toddlers) are allowed per boat load. If we do not have a full boat of six parasailers at a reservation time, we are able to take observers. There is a $20 fee for observers, if there is room at a given reservation. Parasailers take priority to observers so there are NO guarantees. During the months of July and August, it is very rare that there will be room for observers. However, give us a call and who knows it may be your lucky day!

Personal Belongings Policy:

You may bring your personal belongings on the boats. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. The captains prefer you come with as little as possible (swim suits, glasses/sunglasses, etc.) Each day we clean the boats and any personal items found are kept at the booths for up to a week.

Life Jacket Policy:

All customers will be provided a Type III U.S.C.G. approved life jacket prior to parasailing. Federal Law requires that all persons 13 years of age and younger be properly fitted with a U.S.C.G. approved life jacket prior to boarding the boat. Life jackets shall remain on throughout all boating and parasailing activities until back on dry ground. NO EXCEPTIONS! Cite: 33CFR175.15
